This professional pan was designed for cold sterilization or the storage of sterilized irons. The inside pan immerses itself in the liquid and automatically emerges when the lid is closed or opened. This allows to drain and dry the dough at its opening.

How to sterilize the instruments

The cold sterilization of the instruments must take place in the following steps:

- rinse the instrument under running water,

- disinfect the instrument and clean it thoroughly with a toothbrush and the use of a disinfectant for irons;

- rinse with running water;

- dilute the sterilizing powder in water with good agitation and insert it into the sterilization pan;

- insert the instruments (open) into the perforated pan and close the lid;

- After the sterilization time has elapsed, open the lid and let drain the liquid;

- rinse the instrument under running water and dry.


Warnings:

Do the described operations by wearing protective clothing. Dust, once activated by water, has a limited duration (read the product label).
