Characteristics of the Zinc Bandage

4.5 meter roll in various widths of zinc oxide bandage, elastic, adhesive and resistant produced in cotton and rayon.

The peculiarity of this product is the fact that it is a non-sterile elastic bandage for dressings, highly breathable, impregnated with a white zinc oxide paste.

With soft and tenacious edges to maintain as much as possible the adhesion of the bandage to the skin and to the curvatures of the muscle to be wrapped.

The bandage guarantees a good duration over time.

Indications for use of Tensoplast

In the treatment of muscular, tendon and joint pathologies: the bandage provides support and relief to the muscle masses involved in a traumatic event and support to stabilize the joint.
In the elastic-compressive treatment of vascular pathologies of the lower limb.
For fixing post-operative dressings: in thoracic and abdominal surgery, in obstetrics after caesarean section, in plastic and aesthetic surgery.

Also ideal for functional bandaging.

How to use the zinc bandage

Wrap it in direct contact with the injured and affected part of the body.

Ideal if also used as a support bandage, or for bruises, sprains, subsequent post-cast therapies and post-traumatic treatment.

Remember to fix the bandage with the adhesive part or with an adhesive plaster without tightening it too much to avoid problems with circulation

Do not use the zinc bandage more than once, it is a disposable product.
