This is because it is not only the content of the box that varies, but also the number of employees (or workers) of a company, which in turn become the greatest clue to be able to use one type of case rather than another.

The rule that regulates this use is the DM 338 of 15/07/2003 annex 1 and D.L. 81 of 09/04/08 art.45, which outlines two categories of main users of first aid kits: up to two employees and starting from three employees.

In this case, our first aid kit contains Annex 2, which is necessary for companies with more than two employees - therefore from three employees upwards.
