These supplements consist of strips on which the color change indicator necessary for the autoclave steam sterilization process is printed, in accordance with the requirements of the EN 867 standard.

Each integrator is used for the internal control of trays / baskets, bags, packages and / or containers.
It is also suitable for use in any area of ​​the load where the operator deems it necessary to check that sterilization has been completed.
It is recommended that an indicator be used for each sterilization cycle.

The steam sterilization integrator is designed to ensure the correctness of the fundamental parameters of steam sterilization: time, temperature and saturated steam.
It meets the need for a safe, immediate and unambiguous reading of the result for the steam cycle with exposure temperature at 121 ° C for 15 min. and 134 ° C for 3.5 min.

Instructions for using the sterilization strips

Place the integrator in the center of each package to be subjected to the autoclave sterilization cycle.
