Description of the ULNA Dermograph - Wireless PMU Pen

ULNA is a wireless dermograph made with aircraft aluminum and precision CNC technology.

It is an OTZI Tattoo guaranteed professional product, able to work on semi-permanent make-up, tricopigmentation, para-medical and also on fine line tattoos, being very light and precise. Holds needles up to size 9.

It is equipped with a Swiss DC motor with a frequency of 11,000 strokes per minute and a vibration that is below 2.5m2/s.

The internal battery has a capacity of 1800mha and a duration ranging from 5 to 7 continuous hours (depending on the speed used) and can be recharged from scratch in about 2 hours via the supplied USB type C cable. In case of emergency it can also be used with the RCA cable, just replace the battery block and screw the interchangeable head with RCA connector supplied and connect it to a tattoo power supply.

Practical, easy to handle, silent, equipped with only 3 buttons with which you can activate all the necessary functions.

The digital screen can tell you:

- Break. In standby mode, if it is not operated for a long time, it will shut down by itself

- Working voltage

- Battery status

- Work hours. Only the actual working time of the machine is counted. When the machine is running, it "flashes".

- Prompt status

- Insufficient power

- Protection mode

- Overload and excessive heat protection.

Needles used by the ULNA dermograph

This dermograph uses PMU needles with a universal tattoo connection. We recommend the use of Miceya cartridges, available in all the sizes necessary for each job.

Furthermore, for any future problems, our laboratory and Italian technical support is always active and equipped with any spare part, mechanical or otherwise.

Tips for use and maintenance of the ULNA wireless dermograph

With the exception of the cartridges, which are disposable, all the components of the machine, mainly the grip, must be cleaned and disinfected after use. Before starting any cleaning and maintenance activity on the dermograph, make sure it is switched off.

Completely unscrew the grip, clean it and immerse it in a sterilizing solution composed of peracetic acid and water or place it in an autoclave; Remove the grip sealing o-rings and then clean and disinfect the rest of the machine with a broad spectrum disinfectant such as BACTISAN SPRAY 2000 or BACTISAN WIPE 2000 disinfectant wipes.

To guarantee your work, the ULNA dermograph must be cleaned before and after each use using a soft cloth and its mechanism must be greased approximately once a month.
